The day is halfway done – we still have to go back to mom’s for the big dinner and the traditional playing of board games/insulting each other.
This was definitely the BEST CHRISTMAS EVER. Everyone scored. Me, I got a camera case, camera cleaning kit, tripod, several photography books and NIKKOR 55-200MM LENS THAT I BEGGED SANTA FOR!!! This is in addition the previously gifted Nikon D40. I also got much needed computer speakers and some clothes and new Converse. Todd got tickets to the Islanders/Anaheim game in February and we both got tickets to the Islanders/Devils game next week. And my very generous parents gave DJ an XBox 360, which means we ALL got an XBox 360. Halo3, here we come!

It was definitely the greatest Christmas I’ve had as an adult, not because of the presents (thought they are sweeeeeeet), but because of the absolute joy and happiness in our home, in my family, something I’ve been searching for but have not received until now.

Are you going with Todd to that Islanders/Anaheim game? That will be a true test of your relationship…if the two of you can make it out of the arena without killing each other.
